Fri, July 14th – Sun, July 16th

Please note the following schedule  changes for the weekend of 

July 14-16 ONLY

Friday, July 14th

Gym Hours: 5:30 am – 9:30 pm

There will be no open mat or private training in the may thai or bjj area

from 8 am – 6 pm today.

Muay Thai: 7 am, 1 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

TRX Primed: 8 am

Kettlebell Training: 12 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm 

Brazilian JiuJitsu: 1 pm, 7:15 pm (no gi)

Primal Bar and Bell: 5 pm

Saturday, July 15th

Gym Hours: 7 am – 8 pm

There will be no open mat or private training in the may thai or bjj area

from 8 am – 6 pm today.

Total Conditioning: 10 am

Pekiti Tirsia Kali: 11 am (upstairs today)

Primal Bar and Bell: 11 am

Kettlebell Training: 12 pm

Muay Thai: 1 pm (clinch), 6 pm and 7 pm

Brazilian JiuJitsu: 1 pm

Sunday, July 16th

Gym Hours: 9 am – 6 pm

There will be no open mat or private training in the may thai or bjj area

from 9 am – 6 pm today.

Pekiti Tirsia Kali: 10:30 am (upstairs today)

Ultimate Sandbags: 11 am

Kettlebell Training: 12 pm

Direct HIIT: 1 pm

Junior Muay Thai: 4 pm

Muay Thai: 4 pm and 5 pm
