Description:

Build endurance, explosive power and core strength while training with sandbags, bodyweight and battling ropes. The unique shifting weight of the sandbag causes the body to incorporate more muscles into each exercise. The body is forced to work harder because no two repetitions are the same, concurrently increasing the number of calories being burned during the workout. Sandbags also allow for a greater range of rotational movement while lifting. This will directly translate into greater strength, conditioning and injury prevention.
