If you’re ready to upgrade your strength and conditioning — and aren’t easily intimidated — here’s your class. Using an array of tools and the principles of metabolic conditioning, this challenging workout is designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, improve body composition, and test mental toughness. To participate fully, students should have mastered the kettlebell basics (swing, clean, press, squat), be able to hold plank position for a minimum of 30sec, and skip rope for 60sec without stopping. To ensure safety and quality, class size is limited to 10 – so sign up/check in early to guarantee your spot!
